The Convention and Visitors Bureau has done a pretty good job of covering the waterfront, discount-wise. Their Discount Page is an exhaustive collection of web discounts, offering everything from a bundled "Fisherman's Wharf Pass" to discounts further afield in Napa Valley and beyond. In addition, a San Francisco CityPass gives visitors a nearly 50% break on numerous museums and attractions, as well as a seven day pass on the Muni System, including the Cable Cars.
